Whats the PH Flopped do?

I bought it, but didnt find out its effects?

some says it lightens your load i.e if your carrying a thundergun it makes you move just as fast as if u had the pistol?

Those effects are for Stamin-Up.

PhD Flopper creates a nuke effect when you Dolphin Dive from high places and reduces splash damage. And I guess the nuke effect is the return effect of fall damage.

There is a radio next to the burning fuel truck. It's the area where there is a wall painting and the lunar lander spot. It looks like a suitcase with some knobs. Could make out what was it telling - was chased by a zombie, but it keeps going for some time. Also before you turn on the power the tv next to box spawn (same area) blinks illuminti symbol of all seeing eye (the pyramid with an eye on top).

Did anyone notice how there is always a radio near certain spots? They are mostly all associated with the box, or a lander. then there is the PaP one.

Well, Me & my buds activated the hidden song during gameplay yesterday, but could've swore it was only three "meteor sound" places we hit x on, as shown in the video. I was surprised the song didnt activate during the vid. Pretty cool song too ;)

i remember reading somewhere that to unlock the pap machine you had to activate all 3 landers and do something else.

i played for about three hours and still could not figure out what this was.

i follows the drawing of the pap on the wall and activted all 3 lifts. but it was still closed.can someone please advise how to access the pap machine or at the very least what the last step is to access the pap machine?
