Ok, so I was on round 25 and I was doing really well: Upgraded Ray Gun/RPK, Black Hole Bombs, Jugg, PHD Flopper and Stamin-Up. I started to get cornered, so I used a Black Hole Bomb. Suddenly I heard Samantha laughing and I was like "Wtf??" And then I died :(.

Are there Black Hole Bomb DUDS?!

When I've thrown the Black Holes outside the playable area, they get teleported away and I hear the laugh. Maybe when you were panicking you threw it too far :(
