The guy on the Ascension loading screen- that's the guy that appears on the rooftop after you complete the easter egg.

Has anyone tried throwing a gersch device on him? Somebody should get a sniper rifle, and zoom up on him.

i didnt see a person. the only thing i saw was part of a satellite that was rotating up there

Nvm. Some people said they saw a man up there, but it was a moving satellite.
