Ascension freeze's ?

I'm having problems with Ascension and that map only x.x . . .

Right after the song, before the game starts it stops and my game freeze's. I can only go back to dashboard =/ . I Tried re-downloading the map pack didn't work. Every other map works fine, Help please D: ?

It's probably an overload of servers. In different time zones it's early afternoon-mid afternoon and on a Saturday. EVERYONE that downloaded the map Tuesday but hasn't played it because of school/work are playing it today. Just wait about 30 minutes and it should be good to go!

May just be the download then. You said you re-downloaded it, so that shouldn't be it.

How long do you wait?

Does it do this in only solo, multiplayer, private matches, or all?

Try playing a game of multiplayer, even if it is with noob (no pun intended on your username) randoms, play until the game starts, then leave, if it does start that is, then try a game on solo or private.

Oh, and if neither of those works, try resetting your router or your xbox and see if that works. If not, I don't know man. You may have gotten a corrupted map file. Try contacting 3arch on the CoD forums or the xbox help line to see if they can get you a new download if it does end up being corrupted.

i've been trying everything possible, dont know x.x . . .

unless i need a new CD or something, cause it recently got a perfect circle scratch, i think it was from my cousin. But yeah, im pretty sure its saved to my hard-drive. . . not the cd ? . . . that wouldn't really make sense .___."

The map has a tendency to cause physical lag on the Xbox as I've seen on 3 separate Xbox (3 diff generations as well) here in our house..

I would try cleaning up your HD on the Xbox as well as shutting it off and turning it back on...

ok, so i've tried turning it off and on trying it again and didn't work.

I've cleared all my useless things like Game Demos and other games that don't work.

theres 98.6GB left. soo . . . im not so sure.

No once you've purchased the copy you can dl it to any xbox..

Hmm... Go to the Microsoft website, go to support, and call the number and talk to them about it. You could get it as a free re-download.

Zombie it's a free download 3xmillion over as long as you're on the profile you bought it for... you pay for the software not the download..

But I agree he needs to call tech support to find out whats going on in general...

EDIT: That is, I've dl'd it on 3 seperate Xbox's now that are in my house my roomies and I are all Gaming Addicts... hahaha..
