I can fly like a bird, not in the sky

which can always swim and always dry

I say goodbye at night and morning hi

I'm part of you, what am I

I follow and lead as you pass

dress yourself in black, my darkness lasts

I flee the light but without the sun

Your view of me would be gone

Analysis:It's a riddle,It's been solved, the answer is "Your Shadow". Now I have a couple of theories on this part.Either:

This is Demon Sam talking to Sam

or

This is Demon Sam talking to our 4 heroes.

_____________________________________________________

I can see the damage that

I am causing you is so benign

You want me to be gone

But I have just begun

I am the only one "undone"

I'm a broken miracle now

in your head

_____________________________________________________

Analysis: Well to start, benign means: "...expressive of gentleness..."

So this means that the damage she is doing is a good thing possibly? At least in her eyes.

Now the last part of this can be weird, depending on how you interpret it.

-On one hand,it could be Sam angry at her father. Her father thinks she is a "broken miracle" now (Due to the phrase "I'm a broken miracle in YOUR head" yet maybe she hasn't changed at all and her father refuses to accept that?

Or

-The group of 4 thinks she is the broken miracle

I don't feel

Like I am real

But I know

It's all imaginary

Are they real

And do they feel

Is all the pain

just inside my head

Analysis: Many have taken this part as a point added to the "Dream Theory" yet I have a different Idea on it.

"I don't feel

Like I am real

But I know

It's all imaginary..."

To me,I think this part means that she, herself, doesn't think she is real, but she knows THAT statement is imaginary. The pain she is going through is wondering about these other 4 people. She cares about them it seems, yet she seems to have no control (Will explain when the "these shackles" verse comes up).

I am what men love more than life

Fear more than death or mortal strife

What dead men have and rich require

I'm what contented men desire

________________________________________________________

Analysis: Another riddle. Most of the statements say the answer is "Nothing." Yet reading into it,I have also thought of the answer being "Everything. Men are selfish pigs (so the media portrays) so they want EVERYTHING. The rich require everything and dead men can have anything they want since they are free of the world. Contented men could desire more, thus everything could fit here as well. I dunno', just a little thought I had.

You want me to be gone

But I have just begun

You will never know how far I've come

What goes up must never come back down

In your head

________________________________________________________

Analysis: "You want me to be gone, But I have just begun..." Okay,we know our 4 heroes want this mess to be over with. But from this,it seems that Samantha's demonstrations of her abilities have just begun.

"You will never know how far I've come..." Basically,it's like when someone loses something precious to them, the quote you usually hear is "You don't know what it's like..." So maybe this is anger about losing her father's love? Or maybe it's about how far she's come to get revenge on those that wronged her,her father, her family, etc and she is willingly part of an experiment to get this revenge.

Are they real

Is all the pain

just inside my head

It's all inside my head

It's just inside my

It's all inside my

They're all inside my

I see them always but they're

all inside my head

all inside my head

they're all inside my head

_______________________________________________________

Analysis: The same phrase is repeated over and over "All inside my head". Maybe this is about her ability to see everything at the same time? She can't, for whatever reason, see with her eyes, so her mind is all she can see with right now? Yet,again, she's starting to lose track of what is reality and what is a dream.

_______________________________________________________

It's killing me

to see I'm killing you

Death is magic

Say Abracadavre now

You see me now you

Don't cry when I am gone

_______________________________________________________

Analysis: "It's killing me to see I'm killing you..." Okay, this is a big step in my eyes. It's basically making this entire song hypocritical. It shows that she does in fact care for these 4 and it's ripping her apart inside to know that she is the one doing this.

"Death is magic..." When I heard this,I immediately thought of the "Wonder Weapons". These weapons can be considered "magic" yet they ALL are meant to cause death.

The Abracadavre is like a play off of "Abracadabra" but with death involved. So it's like when you use one of these weapons, you can pretty much say "Abracadabra" (or in this new word's tense,Abracadavre) and kaboom, you have a lot of death before your eyes.

"You see me now you don't cry when I am gone" The part that strikes me here is "...NOW you don't cry when I am gone". It brings me back to her father Before when Sam was taken away,he would cry and fight for her,but now it seems that her anger and etc has made him not care about her anymore.

These shackles they come

With certain opportunities

They won't let me get away

But they show me we're the same

we're the same

we're the same

They show me that we are the same

I can't give in

I won't give in

It's not a state of mind

I'm wretched but I'm powerful and

_________________________________________________________

Analysis: "These shackles they come with certain opportunities. They won't let me get away, but they show me we're the same..."

I have a couple ideas on this one:

-The shackles are real and refer to the tests the scientists are putting her through. Yet these experiments give her the abilities to do things she could never do before.

Or

-The shackles are metaphorical and refer to her losing control of herself to her demonic self. She can't escape from this demon, but this gives her an opportunity to sympathize with the group of 4. They are all the same in the sense that they are trying to escape this madness.

"I can't give in.I won't give in.It's not a state of mind.I'm wretched but I'm powerful and..."

Means she is fighting this demonic part of herself. Yet the demonic Samantha is more than a state of mind. There is now an actual entity of it. At the end "I'm wretched but I'm powerful and..." seems like she has a split personality change yet again. It's like the demonic Sam is trying to take over again as the good one fights it (thus why it's "Regular Samantha's" voice singing this part)
