Why There Aren't New Weapons in Ascension

Apparently, Ascension was supposed to be on the Black Ops disc, but was later removed, and Kino Der Toten was put in it's place. That is why no new weapons (excepting the Gersch Device and the Matroshka Dolls) appear in Ascension, as Kino Der Toten was supposed to be in "Map Pack 4 (Never Released)". Hopefully in the NEXT zombie map, Treyarch will actually add guns you can shoot (my hope is the PPSH, as that gun is AMAZING!)

Also a new wunder weapon wouldn't be bad.

Kino Der Toten was supposed to be map pack 4? Is this confirmed because all the zombie maps were basically recycled multiplayer maps so what map would kino der toten have been in WaW? Possibly a multiplayer map in Map Pack 4? Aww man now I want a Multiplayer map of Kino I hope a future map pack has a map similar to it imagine getting an RC in that map :twisted:

Kino was scrapped, it's release was intended for W@W

Its not offically confirmed that it was but there is a picture in DerRiese that shows a theater stage and A telepoter with a sheet over it.

So one would believe the map was scrapped and later saved for black ops du to modern warefare release date.
