After you beat the Silverback, you either step on a teleporter or you get teleported back to the first stage, but your rounds keep going. It's pretty much endless until you get the Game Over.

Yea, after you defeat the cosmic silverback the game restarts to the beginning but keeps all of your points, etc and keeps advancing in rounds.

Oh ok i just thought that was weird.I thought you go to the level 40 over and over again.
