In black ops i am trying to get all the trophies and i have all of them except the one where you shoot a team mate with a pack-a-punched crossbow and kill six zombies, the one where you complete 'Rebirth' and 'Redemption' on Veteren and the one where you complete the first 3 missions on veteren.

However, i have done the first three missions on veteren and i didnt get the trophy, so i tried doin them again and nothing...

any ideas?
