Firing Range ?

I know it has been talked about but in firing range it shows the pack a punch things and a quarantine sign talking abouta mike curran and 2nd battalion 7nth calvary

When I looked up Mike Curran it turned out he was a hockey player :/

But when I looked up the Battalion they turned out to be an air mobile unit

Any thoughts on this?

Well, there is a couple things lying around the map, and with the air unit, there is a chopper waiting to take off so perhaps?

With all the zombie related stuff in this map, who's to say the location of Firing Range isn't near or relevant to the locations of zombie maps themselves? Assuming they are there for more reasons than just sh*ts and giggles.

I don't think if it would be a map itself (the layout just doesn't make sense), but it could just be dropping clues for other zombie story arcs
