Strange sounds during HellHounds

While looking around kino (solo offline) I noticed that there is a very strange and cryptic sound during the hellhound rounds. The best way to hear this is to do the glitch on the wooden plank on the stage since you won't have to worry about shooting the dogs. To me, there is very clearly a voice that is speaking but I cannot make out what it says. My limitations are that I cannot simply crank my TV up because everyone is asleep and also I do not have very high quality sound equipment. I think this is worth checking out and hope that y'all can help me out!!

i did it with a friend, 1 stands on the plank and the other one goes near to the dog.

I also thought that I may have heard that, but it was extremely late/early and I wasn't willing to make too many claims haha. Thanks for the input!

If you're talking about the whispering, Usually on the last dog, Then I know that there are voices, But I don't know what is being said. The whispers are said too quickly to make out much of anything.
