Does any body know how to release the doctor, what do you need to do it, and what are the steps?

ive tryied to do it once before but i dont know what exactly to do plz help!!!!

YOU DO NOT NEED THE BASLISTIC KNIFE. they thought you did before but we now know you don't at all. You appearently don't need the crossbow either but I have not confirmed that myself but seen enough post to believe it. It's not as much work as it seems just need the box to give you some love :)

Me and my friends did it with 1 upgraded Ray Gun, an HK, an FAL and a Stakeout along with Matryoshka Dolls. So yeah, no Corssbow or Thunder or Ballistic Knife.
