Blue Reticle??

I was just playing Ascension and on the loading screen my tip was something along the lines of "We know what red reticles mean, and we know what green ones mean, but what do blue reticles mean?" So obviously red is when you are looking at an enemy and green is when your looking at a teammate. But when does your reticle turn blue??

If you look at a downed player with an upgraded ballistic knife it goes blue.

Well either you saw the wrong colour or you were pointing a PaP balistic knife at a downed teammate because i have only seen blue for reviving with krauss refribulator.

If you use the "vision impairment" (something along the lines of that, color blind or something) setting on MP, friendlies will be blue

god.....the answer is simple......when you have a party for a multiplayer match,the 'userbars' that have the players name and rank in them are blue, so when you aim at them the reticle turns blue

Friendly Dogs on multiplayer are also blue.

I just had gotten my question answered as well. I've always wondered what the Blue reticles meant. I never thought about the pack-a-punched ballistic knives. 8-)
