Not my video, but if you listen, towards the end he says he started one day got from 1-50 in like 3 hours and because its single player he can pause and leave it on, then he said he came back the next day from 50-90 and that was from 2-11. Around 12 hours total.

I watched my brother get to round 81 in about three hours on snn in waw. there is alot more zombies in a round now though.
