Heres a strategy my friend told me about. It works great with 3 or 4 people and 2 skilled players could probably do it.

You will need to go into the alley but go round and open the fence way (IT WONT WORK IF YOU OPEN THE ALLEY FROM THE FIRE TRAP ROOM) and camp at the back near the door that leads to the fire trap room. The person/people who have the most powerful guns (Thunder Gun, Ray Gun, HK21) cover the front and one person cover the barrier at the back and if they need help just shout for a team mate. I have got to round 30 with this strategy easily.

Something interesting about this is that the nova gas crawlers do not spawn as long as all players are outside.

Yeah this works pretty well. If you have 4 people it breaks down perfectly

Player 1 on back barrier: Shotty, Claymores, Juggernog, Speed Cola, Quick Revive

Player 2 &3 front (in front of stairs backed up against railing): RPK, HK21, and any other large capacity machine guns to rake up points, Juggernog, Speed Cola,

Player 4 on stairs above 2&3: Ray Gun to thin the crowds (not to shoot full auto constantly), Thundergun for sticky situations, Monkeys, Jugger, Quick Revive

These are basic guidelines. Either 1 or 4 could have the Krauss Refibrillator as a secondary and the more people that have monkeys the better of course. And you can escape by opening the door to the fire trap if you get overrun (but then the strategy is ruined).

This does work, but its not without its problems. The #1 being getting a team willing to do it (honestly, if I was on live and 3 people were doing this strategy, I'd be out roaming the rest of the level by myself. I can't camp like that).

Lack of room to move around is another issue, and ammo problems would be very serious.

But for the basics, its more than solid.

yeah, i'm not too interested in camping unless im in the mood to set a high score. :/

I'd rather be running around spending ammunition and slaying some zombies.
