I believe its a perk which allows you to aim at heads easier maybe when you keep tapping the aim button, L1/LT.

Please don't replace Juggernog. Actually, the only perks I saw are that and Double Tap, and I saw absolutely no Perk Machines. Maybe Mr. Ramaro gives you perks and weapons, and if you kill him you have to earn them yourself. Who could know, though.

So i was randomly watching that inside xbox video on my 360 and saw that new perk on the bottom left. And it looks like its increased headshot damage or something. Notice at 2:07 into it the player is shooting the m16 and its doing a hefty amount of damage for round 10. You can see him using the m16 later in the video at round five without the perk and the gun is way less powerful. A perk to reward headshots.thatd be sweet!

I think its steady aim related (hip fire accuracy) + somthing else . . . headshots reward maybe?

i agree with a poster either ehre or on another tread that its a scout perk because its a sniper based map

also for the ppl that say aim assist now goes for headshot? does that mean the pc ppl don't get it?
