In the starting room. Is it completely spontaneous? I once ran around it for almost 10 minutes straight waiting for it to fire up and kill the herd of zombies behind me, and it never did. :C

Take information from the guy who was actually there. The centrifuge (I believe that is the spinny-thing you are referring to.) is completely random. I just asked Richtofen and Nikolai and they agreed. Tank don't care as long as it kills someone. But yeah, its random.
