Honestly, it's nothing to get really upset about no matter how it was interpreted. Pretty much anyone at my middle school/high school level makes the occasional gay joke, and most people don't have a problem if someone is gay. It doesn't mean anything.

it is a 18 rated game and it is full of explicit content. if you dont like it. dont play it.

and it was obviously said because its similar to his name, a play on words if you will. but yes probably implying he was gay.
