Vr-11 + Team

I was playing around yesterday and thought it would be fun to shoot a team mate with the VR-11. what i first noticed was that the reticle didnt turn green or red/ it turned gold.

i thought that was interesting so i shot trejo, who then started to smoke like a gas zombie from kino, or like the zombies that you shoot with the vr-11.

the interesting part was that my brother (playing as trejo) mentioned something happening on his screen when i shot him.

i dont know what happened to him because i was in the other room, it could have just been his vision getting impaired from the gas, i dont know. but i think it needs more investigation.

i'll try when i get home from work, but maybe someone else could fuck with it.

The current theory is that it gives your teammate invincibility...10 seconds if standard, 30 secs if PaP'd. Haven't confirmed yet, not at home. Can anyone confirm?

I wonder what would happen if you shot a downed teammate with it.
