"Survival" mode - could it be zombies/terrorist mode?

It has been leaked that MW3 will have two types of Spec Ops: The standard missions and a "survival" mode featuring five known maps: Carbon, Dome, Radar, Seatown, and Village. I wonder, could this be like Zombies or a "terrorist mode"?

It will just be waves of enemies coming at you with guns ect. I'm pretty sure there is a spec ops mission like that in MW2.

it will basically be you defending an area with limited ammo and weapons, fighting off unlimited waves of russian soldiers.

and if they make map packs with spec ops missions in them, well its gona fail, BIG TIME.

probobly like the specops missions where you are in the burgertown restaurant or the one where you are in the snow base and can use the predator drone

I imagine this supposed Survival mode is gonna be like Modern Warfare: Mobilized's Survival mode for the DS, but with aspects taken from Zombies (buy weapons off wall, points system, maybe random box).

My best guess is that it will be waves of Russians coming at you and shooting you, u have limited ammo, u have to go pick up guns, it will be like the spec ops mission SNIPER FI?

Zombies is a treyarch thing, Survival mode will most likely be nothing like it.
