I apologize of this is already posted ^^; ( I'm in a hurry atm to really look around heh^^;) But once you use all 3 attempts of quick revive in the perk machine, can you get it again from George Romero again? Or is it impossible.

Depending on your luck in killing George Romero on the perk you get, it is possible as Deckchairs FTW said. You just have to survive long enough and kill him enough times to get it.
