Journal Entry #4512

Another regular day, nothing much happened. Really just a blizzard outside, really uncomfortable. Feels like the window's just going to explode into 1,000,000 pieces. Still a gaming addict. Lots of zombies. I need to get a life, really. I'm like, what 21? And I'm still writing in a journal, don't have a girlfriend, living in the middle of almost nowhere, living with my parents, and playing zombies for hours. I don't see why my dad has a rifle with so much ammo, does he think a robbery is going to happen. Nobody lives within a 20 mile radius, and we're in Alaska. Last time I saw a gangster anywhere is when we went to a shopping center like, 5 years ago. Better finish up the entry.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I awoke in the morning after being disturbed by screaming and banging. I while walking down the hallway I heard a gunshot and a splat. I walked in the family room to see my father on the floor, my mom dead, a random guy dead, and my father with a bite on his neck. The dead bodies looked strange and grey. My mom and the guy both had no heads. I walked over to my dad and kneeled down by him. Took his rifle and a few clips, if I know my video games enough, these are zombies, and my dad's been bitten. So, I got on the couch, and aimed at his head. I saw his eyes glow, look at me, lick his lips, and get up to run at me. I shot him in the face without hesitation. It may make me look like a terrible guy, but I really just don't want to turn into a mutated freak. Because I know, there's only two things I know with glowing eyes, on rare occasions would be vampires, and zombies from World At War and Black Ops. But, if this were my PC, I would definably turn on Godmode. I really don't want to go outside because of the blizzard. Luckily, I have my car in the garage. In Alaska, you really wouldn't want to park your car outside. I put on my heavy clothes, took fifteen more magazines, and went into my car. I sort of am I nerd because I actually worried about this happening before it even happened. So, my car is prepared, watch, press this button, annnddd...... BOOM! Chainsaws on the side, back, and front. Want to save chainsaw gas, so, I'll turn them off. I drove to the shopping center, and went into the rifle and gun store. Door was unlocked, every zombie in the was dead, and apparently the guy that killed them all got bitten, and killed himself. So, Black Ops says to have a secondary, doesn't say it has to be a pistol. Took an AK-47 and walked out. Finding myself to a few zombies, I decided to go with my gut according to video games. Knifing won't be a good idea because points don't exist. I want to conserve ammo though. So, I'll use my suckier weapon, the M1 Carmine. Shot one in the head, shot another in the stomach, and the last in the leg. If I know my Black Ops, the one without a leg will be a crawler, and the one I shot in the stomach is still alive. Knifed the weak one I shot in the stomach, and stomped the crawlers head off. I'm just going to take shelter in the mattress store for the night, even though it's only afternoon. Boarding up the windows is harder than it is in video games, I wish I could just hold the F key. Well, I have to rest up for Day 2.

Day 2 Most Likely Out Tomorrow, since it's summer break I have alot of time on my hands.

Sooner than I thought, but okay, day 2.

Great, groaning and banging, zombies are breaking through the barriers, and I'm still tired as hell. Well, it might make my aim bad, but whatever, there's zombies to murder brutally. Annnddd that's a boom, great, if I know Half-Life this is a military clean-up that'll kill EVERYONE. Walking outside will either kill me or help me to safety. Good part is, zombies are dead, bad part is there's a hole in the mattress store wall. Look, a soldier. "Hello, the boys called me Leu, this is Nick, and this is Sam. What is your name new recruit?" I gave the soldier a strange look and before I could even start my sentence. "No time for talk, get into the tank!" "What about my van? It's got chainsaws!" "Screw your van, we got a tank, and lots of guns." "Whatever." I was disappointed I didn't get to use the chainsaws, but maybe Leu's right, we have a tank. "Now, recruit, I don't trust you on Turret, so, here's a stationary M4A1." Taking the M4 was a pleasure, I know how strong these things are. "While were having smooth sailing, what's your name?" Leu asked. "My name is Zacharia Jones, but just call me Zach." I replied. "Hey, what's that rising blue light?" Sam pointed out. "Most likely survivors in need of help! Let's go!" Nick yelled putting a magazine in his gun. "So, we've had an hour of smooth sailing, and you decide to put your mag in now?" I asked. "Uhhhh.... I look stupid now don't I?" "YES!" The rest of us said at the same time. "Fellahs! We got ourselves a horde!" Sam yelled in a tone that told me: I'm going to kick some ass. Alright, the time I've been waiting for, the mix of Zombies, Left For Dead, and Battlefield will now pay off. "OPEN FIRE!" Leu yelled in a mixture of feelings, one feeling worry, another pain, and another anger. I aimed down my sights, took a deep breath, and sprayed. I made two crawlers out of the hundreds I killed. Leu stopped me from stomping on the and quietly said, "Lemme have some fun with these bastards." He walked over to the first crawler and smacked it, then he pulled out its spine and beat it with it. Second one he got more creative. He stomped his arms off so he couldn't crawl, kicked him in the face, put his hand straight through his eye and pulled his brains out. Or, what was left of the brain.

We were getting closer to the light, sweet victory was going to come at last, the feeling of saving a life. As we got closer, we didn't hear screams for help, we heard a musical tone, and a little girl giggle. We went inside the building and found a box. Video game come true! HALLELUJAH! Mystery box! Boom! Open up the bastard. What's inside? Annndddd...... what the hell is this? It looks like it has a computer screen on it with a USB Drive. There's a zombie. Let's test fire this baby. Flash, for a split second I couldn't see anything, but the USB drive was still intact but smoking, there was a huge hole in the ground, and alot of smoke was coming out of it. Then, I looked at the computer screen, the zombie was in it. The was a small button labeled "Destroy" I guess you could save up 100 zombies because in the corner it says 99. The Digitalizer, I'll call it. How much spare USBs I got? 2? Sweet! I got everything a man could want, an M4A1 and a Wunderweapon. Life could NOT get better. Well, actually it could, no zombies. Damn, Sam got a teddy bear. "Let's call it a night crew! Let's get some sleep in the tank." Leu called from the tank. I was wondering what the extra space was, a sleeping pod. "Alright Recruit, you'll be taking this sleeping bag, you can put you gun and your other thing in this bin!" "Nighty night crew! Get some shut eye, and wake up in the morning ready to kick some ass!" Sam said as I closed my eyes into a nightmare.

DreamLand.....

There's a little girl yelling at me, she says she hates me, and she wants me dead. Oh crap, I remember this girl, I picked on her when she came here for two weeks when I was like.... 8. What's going on here....

Day 3..... I think..... where am I? *ZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTT* "AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" I grunted as the electric shock tore through my body. Then I heard a calm, yet creepy German accent, "Hello, new test subject...." Being freaked the hell out, I called, "Who the hell are you? Where's Leu, Sam, and Nick? Where am I?" *ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTT* "AAAAAAAHHHHH! DAMN IT! There's a zombie apocalypse outside, why the hell are you testing humans at a time like this?" *ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTTTTT* "SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UPPPPPPPP!!!!!" The German voice yelled. This dude's pissed..... "You, test subject, have been in a coma for 40 days. I have done some testing on you, and strangely found that you are immune to the virus. As for you Marine friends, they aren't, so, I simply..... killed them." The German bastard put a smirk on his face. "Now, have you been exposed to anything..... radioactive?" The German asked in his same calm tone. "Well, I've been around a meteor." I said, just wondering why he asked. "Maybe that meteor you were exposed to had just the right amount of radiation in it, to not kill you, but make you immune to all types of disease. When was the last time you had a cold or any other type of sickness?" I didn't want to get shocked again, so I just answered, "When I was 10, about two days before I was exposed to the meteor." "Very well, that's all I wanted answered, so I will set you free. I'll even give you some company! Kelsey! Get in here, you immune freak!" "Yes sir Mr. Richtofan?" the lovely lady asked. "You will leave the asylum with this kid, and give him back his weapons." This so called "Richtofen" said. "Yes sir Mr. Richtofan." Kelsey said as she freed me from the chair and handed me my weapons. "Let's go." she said in a warm, friendly voice. We walked out of the building and asked, "What's your name, and how old are you?" "My name is Zacharia Jones, and I'm 21 years old. You?" "As you heard before, my name is Kelsey, another immune survivor, and I'm also 21." she said in that same lovely tone. "You know, your really beautiful." I told her with a smile. "Pffft.... shut up, let's get going." she said as she kept walking forward. "We're not in Alaska anymore are we?" I asked her. "No, we're now in Canada." "Ah, the Winter Olympics happened here not that long ago." "Hmf, yeah, now I just wish the zombies weren't here so it could happen again," she said as I pulled out my Digitalizer. "Zombies." she said alertly. "No shit, Sherlock, let's Digitalize these bastards." *Zzzzt* *Zzzzt* *Zzzzzzt* "You have 20 zombies in storage, you can hold 80 more zombies." an electronical women's voice said. Cool, a voice must tell me the status of the weapon. "Whoa! How the hell did you get that?" Kelsey questioned. "Well, this might sound insane, but.... mystery box" I said as Kelsey bursted out laughing. "PLEASE!? Video game mechanics in real-life? Yeah right!" Well, bad thing, one of the only girls left on this planet thinks I'm insane. Good thing, weather seems pretty clear, and there's a van left on the street. I ran to it, and inside I found a Mini-Uzi, a Double-Barrel Shotgun, and a UMP45. Oh, and also the keys! And last but not least, a dead body, I'll just throw that out. "Kelsey, is there a shopping center nearby?" I asked. "Yeah! There should be one right down the road! Let's just get going!" I hopped inside the car and drove as fast as I could down the road, no such thing as a speed limit in Zombieland.

Hello, mattress store! "Kelsey, let's sleep in the mattress store for tonight, you go lie down, I'll board up the windows!" I'm ready for day 43 of the zombie apocalypse, even though, I've only experienced about 2 days.

Kelsey whispered while shaking me, "Hey, Zach, wake up." I looked at her and let out a long yawn. Well, not in her face, I heard that turns women off. "There are two survivors at the door, should I let them in?" Kelsey asked me. "Sure, there's plenty of mattresses," I responded while hopping off the mattress and grabbing my gun. "Alright, I'll go get them, some more back up." Kelsey said. "And more zombie bait, their the zombie's bacon, because everyone likes bacon." I tried to be funny, I was most likely unsuccessful.

"Hey, we lived in a small town that people barely know, my name is C.J., and this is my wife, Kathy." the stranger said strangely. "Nice to meet you," I said as I gave him my firmest handshake. "My name is Zach, and this is my partner in zombie slaying, Kelsey. We have no real relationship." I told him, making my voice as friendly as possible.*BOOM* It sounded like a bomb, so I decided to investigate. Kelsey, C.J., and Kathy came with me, all with spare weapons we had. Oh crap, I don't know if that's a mutation of the infection or a Chuck Norris zombie, but this thing is huge. Digitalize it. *ZZZZTTT* Data Too Large: Takes Up 780 zombies. Damn you electronical women, we're definably screwed now!

"Time to die my giant friend!" I said as I took my M4A1 I got from Leu and starting spraying. "WWWWWRRRRRRAAAAAAAUUGGG!" The giant damn thing yelled. It started charging after me. Ah, crap, I'm dead, unless.... GEARS OF WAR ROLL! I rolled out of the way, changed my mags, aimed for the head, and just SPRAYED! This bastards worse than George Romero, especially when he seems like he can ACTUALLY kick your ass. George didn't look that threatening, just really annoying. Why am I thinking of video games at a time like this? Then I noticed it was going after Kelsey, "No!" I yelled as I jumped in the way of the bastard's menacing punch. I'm still alive? Cool, sort of like Chell and the stalemate button trap that Wheatley made for her. But this time, I don't have a portal gun. Or wait, science time, I just need to reconfigure the zap so it's a teleporter to certain coordinates. Okay you bastard, time to go to space, just like Wheatley and the space core. *Plop* "RRRAAAUUGG!" the thing yelled as it flew into space.

Portals Destroyed. Alright, so now nobody will go into space, reconfiguring it to its original settings.

"Maybe we should head towards the city, instead of this shopping center in the middle of all of the snow." C.J. said. "Great idea, I don't want to see if this thing has back-up." I said as I got up. My chest is bleeding like hell. "Oh my god Zach! Thank you!" Kelsey said as she ran up to hug me. That made my chest feeling sort of better. "Uhm, I'm sort of bleeding Kelsey, and now you have blood all over your shirt." I pointed out. "Let's just go to the city, maybe there's a hospital to fix you up," Kelsey said.

Yes! A hospital, you don't know how much pain I'm in right now. What are the chances there's even a surviving doctor. *T-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t* Yep, definably survivors in this city. Because my friend, THAT is the sound of a 30cal machine gun. To the 12th floor of this place. Ugh, Wedding Dress by Taeyang. "Who are ya'll?" the survivor said. "Do you have medical supplies? Our friend Zach is hurt." Kelsey asked. "Of course I have medical supplies, and my name is Ollie Lau." the man said as he wrapped a giant bandage around my chest. "Alright, you got your healing, now shoo, go away." Ollie said as he pushed us back in the elevator. If I know video games, when we get back to the first floor, there's gonna be a horde.

Surprising, there's no horde, oh wait, there is, just farther away. *T-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t* And there goes the 30cal. Let's just get the hell out of this city, or go into the depths, whatever Kelsey wants. "I think we should go into the depths of city, come on" Kelsey said. Of course, she wants to go into the dep- *T-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t* STOP INTERRUPTING MY THINKING! We went an awful long way when we started hearing regular gunshots and voices, no 30cal here. The gunshots stopped and a few figures appeared through the fog, one of them awfully hurt. "Hello, my name's Morton, and this is Johnson, Smith, Thomas, and Stewart. We're heading to a hospital in search for help for Johnson." the soldier said as he blew a zombie's face off with an M16. "Oh, there's a hospital on the city outskirts, about a mile south." I told the soldier along with his squad in need of help. "Alright! Thank you!" *T-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t* I am going to find the 30cal machine gunner, and murder him.

"It's been a long day, let's find a place to sleep." Kelsey said. "Well, what about that really big abandoned mansion right in front of us?" I said just pointing out the obvious. "Sounds alright to me." Kathy said. "Alright, mansion it is then." Kelsey said as we walked in. And for the first time ever, a woman cuddled next to me while I slept.

(This is just a filler, keep you all occupied. So It's Short)Obviously I just walked through the gateway to hell, because I woke up to a zombie drooling on my face at about 3:00 AM. Gladly I keep a double barrel right next to my bed. Say good-bye to your brains that you don't have. *BOOM* I love my Boomstick. Oh crap, what the... my god, the zombie I just killed was C.J.. This is very awkward. And where did Kelsey go? Oh, she's over there on that couch. Apparently she hated my snoring. That's something that turns off women. You know, my uncle used to sell women. But let's not get into detail. Let's just say $100 for a sex slave, and $200 for a sandwich maker/sex slave. Oh how I did hate my uncle. He always gave me crap for Christmas, like once he came and gave me a blanket, then asked if he could borrow my room so he could bang a hot chick. Because of reasons I don't know I said yes. I was 17, ah those were the good times, you know? Where there wasn't undead swarming everywhere and trying to eat you? Yeah.... good times. Oh crap! C.J.'s still alive, well.... always something new to waste ammo on. M4A1 mow down! He's still alive! Wait, did he just fade out of reality? "Behind you!" said a mutated voice as he bit into my neck, gladly not on a major artery or I'd be so dead. I looked back and he wasn't there anymore. I ran to the top floor and looked in the ex-millionaire, now undead freakbag's closet for something to kill with. MP40! Probably the most over-powered gun in the gaming universe. He was in the doorway and ran towards me, as I stuck a knife threw his head and made sure he went to hell. Reassuring if he was dead I put all 32 bullets of submachine gun goodness into his chest. Then I pulled the knife out. Atleast he wasn't a Chuck Norris zombie. Damn, I gotta effing rest.

*T-T-T-T-T-T* THAT MACHINE GUN IS STILL GOING OFF? Damn it, that thing is so annoying. All day it's firing killing undead creatures. Oh, look Kelsey found pancake mix. Time for breakfast. I found Kathy crying looming over ZombieC.J.'s dead body. Did it just blink? Before I could even react C.J. jumped up, bit Kathy on the neck, and leaped after me. I ran after my MP40, grabbed it and inserted a new clip. Rapidly firing bullets into his chest wasn't even slowing him down! He must be a Type #3 zombie, or as L4D calls em' "specials." But I don't even know what to name this one. Quickly I evaded under his legs as Kelsey threw me my Digitalizer. I aimed and zapped! It worked, but now one USB drive is completely out of memory. I have 2 more USBs, and the only way to take out the USB is to use the Destroy Button. Wait, it can hold on more zombie, Kathy. She was a type #2, she ran after me at incredible speed. I have no time to aim! *Zzzzztt* "USB Drive Full, please press Destroy Button, and place in another." "Alright you stupid robot woman voice." I muttered to myself. I pressed the Destroy Button, I expected the USB Drive to explode but it just faded out of reality, then I injected a new one. Hm, the Digitalizer looks like the Halo Reach Grenade Launcher. Damn Nazi Technology. Wait a second, this is Nazi Technology. Right here on the side it says..... Aperture Science? THAT'S WHY THE ROBOTIC WOMAN'S VOICE IS FAMILIAR! It's GLaDOS. Man, there's so much video game related stuff that just randomly appeared in this apocalypse. Wonder how much time I have until I find a Spartan with Recon Armor? I already found Richtofen, but why the hell was he in Canada? "Kelsey! It's about time we start heading out," I yelled to her. "Look! I found a Jeep in the garage!" she yelled back. "A Millionaire with a Jeep!? How effing confusing!" "Well atleast we have something to drive out of this godforsaken city!" Hmf, I guess she was right, now that only me and Kelsey are alive, the chances of us surviving the city by walking was impossible. "So, who's driving?" she asked. "Well, you're 2 years older than me, so you probably have more experience." "Alright then it's settled." *T-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t* Ugh.....

(Sorry, just another filler :P) This was a triumph....

I'm making a note here:

HUGE SUCCESS!

It's always hard to overstate my satisfaction.

Aperture Science.

We do what we must

Because we-

*groan* Holy shit.

Type 1 Horde!

The Type 1 Horde

Status: First Time Seen In Real Life by Zach

Difficulty: EXPERT

Easiest Way To Complete: Don't Bother, Get the HELL outta there

"DRIVE KELSEY! Don't stop! SPLATTERSPREE!" I yelled as she floored it! This is NOT going to be fun! We ARE going to die! THERE ARE MILLIONS OF THEM! AND THEY ARE BLOCKING ALL OF THE CITY EXITS! The Digitalizer hopefully works as a Wunderwaffe or I'm SCREWED! *BZT* Chain Electricity! That is what I like to see! "USB Full" Shut up GLaDOS... I ejected the USB, slammed in another and blasted again! THE WAY IS CLEARED! WE DIDN'T DIE!

Ugh. Now I only have 1 more USB drive and this one's half-full. "Kels, you okay?" I asked worried about her health. "Yeah, I-I-I'm fine.... What about you?" "I'm fine, a few bites, but as you know, I'm immune." I responded. "So, where are you thinking about heading?" she asked. "Well... I was thinking Northern Michigan." I told her. "Why?" "Because.... if all of this video game stuff's coming true.... There must be an Aperture Science. Plus, the mysterybox is in that direction." After that we were silent for a long time. No radio sucks, I'm used to listening to something on a road trip. Wait, I brought my Nano, sweeeeeetttt. I have every K.K. song from Animal Crossing, and that's it. Wanna know what would fit with this creepy scenery? K.K. Dirge. (Search it up on YouTube readers.) Totaka's Song, also known as K.K. Song is actually quite good. Even if it only has 19 notes then repeats. It's still pretty good. Surprisingly, the Animal Crossing Series is one of the only non-rated M games I'm still playing. Well, I haven't played it in the last, uhm.... my guess is 47, I stopped counting. But I could never forget the encounter with Richtofen. "Kels, stop at the gas station, I'll cover you." I told her. "Sounds like a plan." I hopped out of the car and pulled out my M4, I still have 2 additional clips. Black Ops told me I could only carry 2 guns. But watch this Treyarch! 4 Guns! "Zach! We're fully good on gas! But this thing has terrible mileage." Kels yelled. "Alright! I don't think we're gonna get the Northern Michigan in this!" I yelled back. "You're right! Did you know I have flying lessons!? If we can find a flying vehicle of sorts we can fly there!" Well Kelsey maybe IS a good asset to my squad. Maybe she can replace Takeo. I don't know K.K. Jazz is distracting my thinking. I don't expect to find a Canadian Military Base anytime soon. I climbed into the truck and had one last thing to say, "Drive please." Damn my head hurts....

(After A Long Line Of Fillers! THIS ISN'T! HOORAY FOR A LARGE SECTION! It's about time too, writer's block sucks.) Go K.K. Rider or Marine Song 2001? Ugh, I guess I'll go with Stale Cupcakes. "Hey Kelsey, if there's any coffee left in the world, I'd enjoy a cup." "Sorry Zach, we've been living off of snack machines forever, I don't have coffee." "Please tell me you atleast have soup and put a microwave from the mansion in the back." "Yep, I brought 7 cans, 7 bowls and a microwave. Why, you want a bowl?" "Thanks Kels, and maybe later, I was just asking if you brought something so we can SURVIVE. It's not just zombies that'll kill us." After a bit of driving she stopped somewhere, "Richtofen told me about this place, right here lies an underground Canadian base. A lot of secret technology was being produced here. They were also in the Tech Races, many people thought it was only the Germans and the U.S., but the Canadians had some things of their own. That's why Richtofen was here, to uncover the secrets of the 5 Canadian bases. Once the aliens popped up in Canada there was a lot of commotion, then the virus spread. Richtofen popped up further in time, believe it or not, the world had already ended once. There was a second big-bang, and that's where we are now." Kelsey's story surprised me, the world had already ended once? From what? "You learned that much from a German lunatic who experimented on people?" "Yes Zach, now we're here, and WE will be the first to uncover the secrets." "So, how do we get in?" "Richtofen told me to hack, he was VERY helpful. Being his assistant payed off. Haven't you noticed my watch yet? Wow, you are oblivious to who I actually am. I'm a spy from the German military, and this was my true mission. I'm no regular surviving citizen. Just stand back, the elevator will rise from the ground any second." Holy shit! Secret experiments..... this is some weird shit going on. "The Canadians are the reason we're in this mess, they collided three dimensions, a video game dimension, an alien dimension, and our dimension. Now our planet's in effing hell. This was no regular outbreak of disease." The elevator rose from the ground and we walked inside. When we were at the bottom there was a large machine in plain sight. "That, is the dimension collider, with it they created this hellhole. And made my job, a whole lot fucking easier. Follow me Zach, we need to find a helicopter and get to Michigan, if getting to Aperture is that important to you." "So THAT explains why you knew how to fly a helicopter." "Yes Zach, now can you shut up, I need to find something before we go look for a heli." We walked around for abit as she turned over tables, broke open windows, hacked keypads, and riding elevators. Looks like I'm not that screwed after all. I have a German secret agent on my side. "Ah hah! I found it, now let's get the hell out of here. The genius of a portable teleporter that'll bring us to a safe dimension! I just need to find a code, which must be somewhere in the U.S.. Come on!" We went back to the top floor and she hacked 6 keypads that brought us to a room with a helicopter and a tank. "Get in the helicopter, we're going to Aperture Science."

(Section Ends Here! But, here's the actor that would play Zach if this became a movie.)

Michael Cera Everybody!

The helicopter had a really nice chrome finish. Erm, I wonder where we are. I know we're in Canada but I was really never told how much north into Canada. "You know, I was an undercover spy. I was actually a financial adviser. Before you ask, no I'm not Jewish, stupid stereotypical Americans." "I'm sorry what was the last part!? After 'I'm not Jewish'!?" "Nothing!" Hmf, this is all a flashback to all of the YouTube videos I watched. You know, the video game world colliding with the real world. Seeing that I'm a survivor of this all, I must be pretty badass. Or a total coward that only runs away from the zombies. Either way, Yay Me. I cannot believe I found a sniper rifle, it's a lovely 7.62 Steyr Scout Sniper Rifle. 6.6 pounds, 10 round detachable box magazine and last but not least flip up 'ghost ring' iron sights for those times you don't need a scope. Yep, this rifle is a quality piece of machinery, props to Austria. I think I'll get rid of my double barrel to make room, this is too great of a gun to pass up. No effing way, an M18A1 Claymore Mine filled with a load of C4! I need to keep this. And an USAS-12 Automatic Shotgun, I think I'll throw away my M1A1, sorry Dad, I found a better gun. I think I'm a stationary soldier now with all of these guns. All such lovely lovely weaponry, These'll all go to good use. "Zach! Here we are! Aperture Science!" Thank god.

We landed near the front entrance. "This is when we go our separate ways Zach. Sorry to leave you stranded at a science lab that's probably crowded with zombies." "Alright Kelsey, I'll stay safe." "I know you will." Kelsey hovered away, I might never see her again. I put the USAS-12 in my palms and slowly walked into the labs. "Welcome, I know who you are, you have my invention." GLaDOS... "It seems that the Digitalizer is fully operational. And I'll be taking it back." A gigantic chrome arm came tumbling down. "Give it to me, and I'll help you out in your survival." I slammed the Digitalizer into the arm. Then another one swooped by and picked me up. And it dropped me over a large pit. "WHAT THE...?!" I landed on an aerial faith plate and flew into the air, and landed safely on a mattress. "You really thought I would kill you? Despicable humans." GLaDOS mumbled. "Alright! I gave my part of the deal, what are you going to do for me?" I called. "As you already know, we collided dimensions with the video game universe. Now, I have ALL of them except for that revolting Richtofen in store. And I'm letting you choose two video game characters to help you survive." She cannot be serious. This is unreal.... "Alright, I'll take Dempsey and Nikolai." I told her as a wall spinned around revealing all of the world's video game characters in glass pods. "Great choice, a drunk and a bloodthirsty marine. Let me just use the search options. Ah, here they are. And they're your's to fight with. Now get out of my sight." The glass pods popped open. "Damn! It's so DAMN hot in there. Hey robot lady, what the fuck is your problem? Trapping us in those pieces of crap!" Dempsey ranted. Nikolai walked over to me, "Nice to meet a new person, I've been time travelling with the same group for years." "Nice to meet you I'm Zachariah Jones, but call me Zach." Nikolai spoke again, "You're legal to drink right? Here have a shot of Smirnoff." I took the shot swiftly and chugged it down. It felt good to finally have a flavored drink, I've been having water for a long time.

"Let's get out of here guys." I suggested.

Kelsey M. Brown of the Die Glocke Project

Journal Entry #4

Once a Prototype always a Prototype. We can't seem to find any codes for the Prototype-T, also known as the Tragisches Versagen or the Tragic Failure. Everytime we try to put in random numbers the system fails. Maybe if we messed around with the ATX-9 a bit we'd get some results. But we all have our doubts. There is no way Zach's still alive. Without me, I don't see how he could be. Aperture may have killed him, I know what they are and what they do. What a foul piece of history. In summary, all experiments have been a failure. Long shall our project suck.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

"99 bottles of vodka on the wall! 99 bottles of vodka! You take one down, you chug it all down, 98 bottles of vodka on the waall...." Nikolai laughed before he fell to the ground and passed out. "Uhm, Zach, is it? What did you mean when you said "video game characters"" Dempsey asked. "Oh, you're in a different dimension that's all! Not much different from your's you know, zombies everywhere."

"How do you know of our dimension in the first place?" Dempsey demanded. "Let's just say I survived 44 rounds in your body." I uttered. Dempsey let out a large groan and threw Nikolai over his shoulders. We're screwed, we're screwed, we're screwed! Don't panic! I SAID DON'T PANICCCC!!! "We're screwed." I muttered to myself. "Not while I'm around! The next zombie I see gets his head blown off by an auto shotgun! Oohah." "That's great Dempsey! But let's get realistic he-" Dempsey cut me off. "One Dempsey versus a billion zombies.... Yeah that seems about fair." "That was one of your quotes in the video game," I told him. "Again! What the hell is a video game?! I demand answers damn it!" Dempsey roared. "Sorry, uhm, a video game is, uhm... let me show you." Boy am I glad that I have the CoD:Zombies app. I started playing and Dempsey watched. Shi No Nummmaaaa! "That sounds like me!" Dempsey yelled. "It is you." I told him. "WHAT!? Okay, you're almost as bad as Richtofen."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

"This is Private Nathan of STAR! Can you read? I repeat can you read?" The soldier was worried. The rest of his squad was dead. The infection grew stronger every day, new mutations were growing. Which only made it harder for them to conserve their limited supplies. "Private Nathan this is Whiskey Squad! Whatcha need over in Missi!? Texas is pretty terrible right now, I'd love to come and survive a smaller state!" Sgt. Neon (nickname) yelled. "Well, FIRST OFF! Everyone's dead! I'm alone, armed only with my M249 SAW! AND ONE SPARE CLIP! So in summary, MISSISSIPPI IS HELL! I'm requesting either a drop-off, rescue, or reinforcements!" Private Nathan sarcastically laughed.

"I'll try and contact Alpha Squad! They have ten rescue choppers on stand by! You'll just need to hold on tight, board up your barriers, and do whatcha can to survive! Can you handle 'dat soldier?" Sgt. Neon yapped. "Hopefully! I'll catcha later! There's an effing horde in front of me!" Private Nathan readied his M249. Nightmares......

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's right folks! Three stories, one topic, this is so I can process three ideas at once. Which increases the possibility of me getting an idea of each character. Hope you enjoy this little bundle of zombie related goodness.

(Behold, the shortest entry of the story!)

The gunfire was holding them back, for now, the blood sprayed on his face, getting in his eyes and mouth. He was sent for a reason on this mission. He was immune. Mostly a Private would only get a small objective, but ever since this incident with the Zombies. He's been being sent as a Heavy Gunner into the Battlefield. I'm out of ammo..... I stared blankly at the sun, and waited for my time to come. What the? The blue blur came from absolutely nowhere shredding its way through the horde. It seemed like it, whatever it was, wasn't breaking a sweat. After it finished tearing the flesh of every meatsack there. It had to catch its breath. "I'm Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog."

Journal Entry #5!

THERE IS NO PROGRESS! ALL OF MY ASSISTANTS ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS! THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY LEFT THE FUCKING CODES! NOW WE CAN'T TELEPORT FOR SHIT! Not that it matters anyways. Der Reise's Reinforced Metal Walls can't hold them forever. They sense the element in the experiments below, they want it so they can grow stronger. They already have. The 115's Radiation deploys from the mainframe and the multiple teleporters. That's actually one of the reasons we have to work underground. The levels are extremely high, I told them I was immune, but they refused. One day, I will find my way out of here. And finally find Zach again. The poor guy must be having trouble. He's lucky if he even escaped GLaDOS! Screw it all.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

"We've been outside Aperture for five days! What are you planning on doing?" Dempsey yelled in fury. "I'm working out a way to free the other video game characters." I lightly whispered while I continued to map an escape route. Luckily hitting the Aerial Faith gave me a really good view of the facility. I was able to see every route, whether it was using the broken test chambers or the secret corridors. There was multiple routes to GLaDOS' Lair. One of them, led behind the lair, where the characters were stored. This is where the claymore mine will come in handy. We need to blow up a wall just to get inside, after a long flight of stairs of course. Going into the depths of Aperture was the only way to do this. We needed to break in, hack some shit (luckily I have experience. I'm not proud of myself for not playing legit), which should trigger self-destruction and the opening of their containers. It's all mapped out now, the plan's coming together perfectly. By the end of today, it'll all be a fond memory, for this success could save our lives. I can count many characters that'd be a huge help on this trek. Even some characters that could be pilots. I need to get to Germany, I need to find her again. She's the ticket to the survival of our race, she knows more than she told me. And I'm smarter than she thought. "Gentleman, time to attack..."

Wow I remember when you first started this and there was like 2 posts and now I look back at it again and its turned into a full blown story.

P.S Also if this was a movie I would definetly have Amber Heard as Kelsey, for obvious reasons.

(MAYBE OR MAYBE NOT LONG AWAITED CONTINUATION)

I couldn't stop humming 'Still Alive' I walked to the front door of Aperture. As I reached to open it civilly, Dempsey decided to kick it open. "You do it regular, I do it BADASS" he belowed before heading in. Nikolai and I followed in and went down a large, winding flight of stairs. I soon stopped at a small part of the wall "Stop, here!" everybody stopped and followed back to it. I placed the claymore and pulled out my Steyr Scout and went a few steps up. After aiming down and shooting it, we were in the test chamber I remembered from the game. This one, though, was wrecked by zombies. The portal gun was still there though. I decided to take it and through it over my shoulder Chell-Style.

I looked up toward a part of the ceiling that was bitten out by zombies and shot up. Then, shot at my feet, and went down the inter-dimensional port. Dempsey and Nikolai were apparently used to such weird things due to Richtofen, and hopped in. On the otherside, we crawled quietly through dimly lighted areas, back to the wall. I put the portal gun off my back and stole a WWII Colt M1911 from Dempsey. I could hear clanging metal in the distance, then a gun shot. "THIS IS NOT A TESTING AREA. PLEASE RETURN TO THE TESTING AREA" the robot yelled with it's grinding, annoying voice. A simple shot to the head took this one out. But I backed up as more appeared, and all of the robots spoke at once "RETURN TO THE TESTING AREA!" Dempsey took out his BAR, I took out my Sniper, and Nikolai raised his vodka bottle. "I shall kill you with Russian-Made Glass, Robo-Pigs." Nikolai calmly stated, as if there was no threat.

Dempsey was sick of waiting and began rapidly slinging led into the metallic beasts. I stood up against a wall, Coca-Cola bottle in one hand, pistol in the other. The pattern kept the same, shoot a head, take a sip, shoot a head, repeat. Nikolai rushed in without hesitation and beat them with the seemingly indestructible vodka bottle. After the robots were done with, I searched their bodies by pressing A- I mean... observing them. I took they're laser pistols and what was their charge pack. I strapped the charge pack to my back, rhyme unintended, and attached the pistol to it. We continued on our merry way. We smelled the daffodils, skipped through with a smile. All was alright... But then we reached the Character Chambers. Zombies... zombies everywhere... They looked towards us, blood thirsty. Then, I heard a glass crack, as if one of them had broken free. I saw a body leap down before hearing a bunch of clashing, in the middle of it all I heard the figure say "HEAL".

The figure jumped up from the zombies and looked toward us. It was Sora, Keyblade in hand, brown spiky hair "Heh, what do you think? Impressive?" Sora gloated. "I could do better" Dempsey added, as Nikolai back-handed him. "Name's Zachariah Jones, Alaskan Nerd, tell me how to release these characters." I demanded Sora. "Weeeellll I would tell you.." Sora flashed a grin "Buuut... you need to find Kairi's chamber first, make sure she's actually in here." I wrote this down in my quest log. "What makes YOU so special?" Nikolai back-handed Dempsey for his quote again. "Could you STOP THAT!?" Dempsey yelled as Nikolai backed away, innocent grin and everything. "Alright folks, we have a Kairi to find.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Sonic the Hedgehog? You've got to be KIDDING ME. First I'm killing zombies that are nazis, but now I meet a blue hedgehog that SAVED ME FROM THEM" Private Nathan yelled. "Whoa there, you were about to die, now I don't know about you but..." a roar was heard as Sonic trailed off. "What. Was. THAT?"

We moved carefully with each step, if Sora had escaped, it raised suspicion that maybe more escaped. Not to mention zombies lurked on these tile floors. Most were easily taken out by a silenced weapon of any sort to the head, but we had to keep aware for any 'specials'. An enchanting, yet catchy tune was being whistled in the distance, though we had no idea who it was. Another problem was where it was, we were caught off guard when a red beam trailed onto Dempsey's head, who rolled to the side.

"Have you heard this song?" the voice chimed, as we all raised our heads up to a blonde Gothic Lolita. Then it struck me, Philistine, No More Heroes 2, Margaret Moonlight. I responded with "Yep." while the others responded with a no. "What a shame, let me teach you," Margaret shot at Nikolai and clearly missed on purpose. She jumped from the top of the chamber as her sniper rifle transformed into a scythe. We all reached for our weapons, which seemed to not be there. Up where Margaret was hiding was our firearms, stacked in a pile. "No cheating during lessons," Margaret ran after us, her first strike on Dempsey.

Dempsey quickly pulled out his combat knife and stroke back, rolling in between her legs to escape. I reached for my blade, and Nikolai pulled out his vodka bottle. Nikolai's first instinct was to jump up to strike Margaret it the head. Margaret quickly reacted by slashing Nikolai across the stomach, knocking him back, a streak of blood falling toward the floor. It was my turn, taking my katana and striking her scythe, as we went into a power struggle. Both of our blades met, we pushed forward until I became the victor, slashing her across the stomach. She finally began singing her song, which I must admit was catchy as hell.

She now took me as main priority and rushed after me, her scythe movements graceful. I reacted with meeting each blade swing with my own. Both of us span, at the same time, and I knocked the scythe out of her hands. I sliced her to the neck and she stumbled back. She cartwheeled back to her scythe and transformed it back to a sniper, going to the spot where our weapons were stacked. We weren't graceful enough to make our way up there, so we all ran around the battlefield. She constantly tried to get a shot on us but never succeeded. After she realized that she was more affective with her scythe, jumped back down. Dempsey threw his knife at her almost instantly, the knife sticking into her stomach, paralyzing her.

I made my way up to the blue-eyed beauty and smiled, putting my katana straight through her stomach. "Did you... memorize the song?" upon her saying that I instantly remembered Travis's line. "One hundred percent." I copied, with a slight grin. I pulled the sword out of her, and as she fell, said her final words, it was exactly like the game "That's so... sublime..." her body smashed the floor with a thunk. I sighed, having just killed one of my favorite bosses of all time. We moved forward cautiously once again on the tile floors. I wondered if it was our destiny to die inside these labs.
