Is that a serious question?

Richtofen specifically claimed he was "omnipotent" and that he sees "everything". I think he is embellishing. If he could, then he would know Tank, Nikolai, and Takeo are still on the Moon. I think it is more along the lines that he can see whatever he wants. However, he has to know he wants it. He may be focusing his attention somewhere, when an event elsewhere happens that would've concerned him had he been looking there at the time. I see it as a kind of 4th dimension. He can see a lot more than we can, but he is not a god.
