The Thrustodyne Aeronautics Model 23 is a makeshift weapon. It has no involvement of 115 whatsoever, which separates it from ALL existing Wonder Weapons. Even the V-R11 had 115 in it, in addition to vril. The only exception that could be made is the Matryoshka Dolls, but they are from Aether, so it's obvious that they are Wonder Weapons. Wonder Weapons are devices created by organizations or scientists or.... well anything but a bunch of scavenged pieces. Even the Scavenger had more class than that. The "jet gun" is more like the jury-rigged Spikemores than EMPs. Both are customized weapons exclusively in Zombies. Don't try and tell me the Spikemores are Wonder Weapons.

I'm counting Double-Tap Root Beer II. It has a new design. A new label. A new effect. The only thing re-used is the general design of it, to reflect it is an upgraded. version of Double-Tap Root Beer. It even says "II" as a label. It's the tenth Perk. Even Treyarch had a t-shirt of the six perks, not counting Stamin-Up, where both Double-Taps were depicted.
