The shrieker and the focusing stone...

So in one of the screenshots you see the shrieker zombie leaning back with a light coming from his chest I think that the focusing stone is on a shrieker and they wear it like a necklace but to get it from him you have to do whatever the objective/easter egg tells you to do...
