(to get there you have to buy the door that has spike claymores near it in the power room)The spawn meteor is on the opposite direction of thentemple you spawn at, back left corner of that room on the ground leaned up against a pillar, and the final one, after you go through the room that changes walls, you should benby the bridge, the meteornis immediately left of that bridge, by a ledge on the ground.

Turns out, there perks spawn randomly like in Shi No Numa. So where you say Stamin-Up is could be were I see Juggernog.
