Vril Generator, Focusing Stone and Richtofen connections

My theory on why Richtofen wants the Vril Generator and the Focusing Stone.

Vril: an energy that was thought to turn humans into zombies in Edward Bulwer-Lytton's science fiction novel The Coming Race.

Vril Generator: generates Vril energy

Focusing Stone: it looks like the meteor in Shi No Numa and it focuses Element 115 into an individual (or zombie) (thats why you get all 7 perks permanently, the perks are made with E115)

This might be why he wants them:

Richtofen wants the undead army that he was making at Der Riese but the zombies wouldn't listen to orders so they go shot. So combining the Vril Generator with the Focusing Stone will produce a kind of Vril/E115 energy that will make lots of zombies and, Richtofen hopes, that will improve their mental state enough to listen to orders. He will then finally have his undead army.

Also as a prototype he might have a "Minion Gun" that when a dead/alive zombie gets hit with the energy they will start attacking the other zombies. Making this might be a future Easter Egg.

Good but are we sure that Richtophen still wants to make more zombies. I think he may want to either stop the zombies or do something for the Illuminati but idk. P.S. i thought the VR-11 turned people back into humans on CotD.
