Wierd symbol in door/entrance way?

My and my friends were doing the easter egg, and I got stuck waiting for the fire zombie to get the first gas thing for about 10 seconds, and noticed an odd symbol. In the circular stone door by the MPL near the Jugg/Speed Cola spawn. when you by it it rolls to the left and locks in place. But if you look there is a design on it's side in the doorway that looks like that one in CotD, I can't get picture up cuz my camera battery is dead, but if you see it you'll know what I'm talking about.
