Negative Brains not fully removed?

I can still give negative brains on my PSP, but only when I cancel the page I'm loading.

I've known it for a while, but was the negative brains button supposed to be completely wiped, or just not visible in most cases?

It must be a bug in the system, it should have been completely removed. They removed negative brains awhile back. People were just abusing it, giving negative brains just because they didn't agree with someone. And it's been great since it's gone.

Yes, if you disable images in your browser, you can do this. Last time I mentioned this everyone got a laugh. I just ignored and laughed back.
