The temple on the right page looks like the ones in Shangri-la. More proof that the Vril-ya were on the moon at some point.

Take a look at the page on the right hand side. In the first box. Is that the Shangri-La temple floating in space??

Also notice that it says "Meanwhile.." in the first box. Since Shangri-La was the previous page (evident by the page rip), this means that the events on the Moon happened during or immediately after Shangri-La??
