Possible Relation between Moon and Der Riese.

Do you all remember the 115 spots on the Der Riese moon? Well I was playing the Black Ops Der Riese, and I only noticed one spot on it. Could this be our Moon Base? Or is it just a meteor of 115?

I also am guessing we'll be on the Moon during the Eclipse. Just to fit with the storyline.
