Moon and xbl problem

Im trying to redeem my codes for the map pack but i keep getting an error, i also tried my credit card but still doesn't seem to work. Anyone else having this problem?

are you using a mobile/iphone/blackberry/ipod, that can cause problems. if not then call xbox support, my classic map code failed, phoned xbox they asked for a scanned image, i sent it, they se4nt me aworking code within the hour.

I figured out a backdoor type way to get it early, and tried all the possible combinations, but it literally isn't there yet.

Yeah now I see it.. weird how they're on No Man's Land but not on the actual Moon leaderboards..

Its logical, no ones on that map right now on live. So they are just playing it Solo.
