But what if you hack all locations? Does the box stay in 1 spot?

Yeah we discussed this earlier in this thread. If the box was to spawn in the Biodome, hack all 3 other locations before using the box and it will stay there for about 50 turns.

You can't hack powerups droped by QED.

Hey guys what happens if you hack a box location while someone is using the box at a different location. Like while the box is still open and you hacked a different location? Would that split the box in two or something or would it just be the normal effect?

Me and my freind was playing on moon lastnight, messing around with the hacking device and noticed when I picked the device up we actcidentally pressed the x button at the same time and both of had the hacker at the same time.

We also noticed that you can dupe wepons with the hacker, I'll be adding a tread on this and will link it below.

A friend of mine was streaming so this was live. They used QED got teleported and landed on top of each other and it ended the game!!!

Yup, I believe it, cuz if you dive onto each outher you get downed wich causes you to get more power up's durring that game.

Again, sorry for bumping an old thread, but you can also use the hacker on other plays and then it deducts 500 points from you and gives those 500 points to your team mates.

And everyone who has hacker in some time of game should take full advantage of hacking windows. This can give you ALOT of points in just one round time.

1. Find window that has been opened by zombies

2. Repair 4 times (or 3 if you want to be careful)

3. Hack window = total 100 + 10 per repair, possibly 140 per window.

4. Repeat with next door.

Even better if there is still zombies coming in, you could get 280 pts per window. And if Double Points adds to hacker cash, it would be 280 pts per window. 560 if you managed to 4-repair and hack it two times during x2 pts.

Now imagine 140 points per window bonus added to hacker holding bonus, maximum 2500 pts AND regular point hoarding during round. Money you get is just amazing.

Not one mention of the 2 man hacker bug? Weird.

If you 2 man, either ss or a friend over xbl and he dies, nothing tells you the hacker prices and doors will just say their regular door prices.

Workaround: most things still work, just no on-screen dialog showing it.

So, to hack a door when the bug is active: get to door so it says the amount (750 to open or similar). Back just out of the range of the dialog, so 750 to open disappears, but you should be able to hack it now.
