How you get all perks at once on moon? *noobish question*

I have tried looking around on internet for instructions how to get all perks at once. I couldnt find it. I like to know how to do it. Is it suppose to do easter egg first or not?

After you buy a perk, you can hack the perk machine and return it returns the perk and gives you your points back so you can buy another one. Only if that works with real vending machines...

You can also hack any powerup and it will randomly change to perk bottle or max ammo every time.
