don't get me wrong i'm not a n00b i understand the whole story but 1 thing. If she was frozen in the pyramid device on moon, how was she able to follow the characters form der riese and actually be at kino......unless it was all an ILLUSION! gee, thanks for all the mindfucks treyarch, lol

My thoughts on this are that her body remained there, but her mind was sent to Aether, because she probably would move from the pyramid after being released if she had her mind in her body.

Soul was separated from the the body, in which her soul reigned over the Zombies in the Aether. That Aether being in another realm from our own, therefore she can technically be 'everywhere at once' to us/them.
