Need Shangri-La Golden Rod confirmation - Please help!!

I started to investigate whether the game recognises that I've completed the CotD Easter Egg.....when starting Shangri-La solo last night Richtofen had the Golden Rod. When I started Shangri-La with my wife's PSN profile Richtofen did not have the Golden Rod (as she has not got any Black Ops trophies). So I thought his was good news!! However when I played co-op over PSN on my 2 PS3s (both split screen), none of the 4 players had the Golden Rod, even when I was Richtofen and the host, despite having done the previous Easter Eggs. Unfortunately this leaves more queries:

1. Is the Golden Rod not given in split-screen?

2. Is the Golden Rod not given in online split-screen?

3. Does Black Ops only recognise my CotD solo Easter Egg, which is why it gives me the Golden Rod in solo and not co-op?

With regards to question 2 it might be that Black Ops will recognise my completing the CotD co-op Easter Egg and issue me with the Golden Rod in Shangri-La online co-op, (but doesn’t in split-screen), however I could only try split-screen online as I only have 2 PS3s and 2 copies of Black Ops, not 4 PS3s and 4 copies of Black Ops! I guess the question I want to know is, will Black Ops give me the Golden Rod in Shangri-La if I play with 4 players online NOT split-screen? This is the only scenario I could not test due to lack of hardware!! I’m trying to rule out having to do CotD again (online co-op) although it is not nearly as awkward as Shangri-La.

You will need to do the easter egg online (not split-screen) to get the co-op achievement/trophy if you intend to do the Moon easter egg. You can, as I understand it, do the Shangri-la and CotD easter eggs out of order, but must have them both prior to doing moon.

You pick it up in the lighthouse at the end of the CotD easter egg and give it to Richtofen, who should subsequently have it in Shangri-la.

Thanks for the response but I'd done all the CotD trophies before Moon even came out - which includes the co-op CotD Easter Egg in full. Perhaps I did it LAN and not online and that's the issue. I can't be bothered to do Shangri-La all over again just to be able to do the full Moon Easter Egg, especially when there isn't even a trophy for it on PS3.
