Missing Images

Are you using Chrome? Because I'm using Firefox and has no missing images and Chrome seems to have the missing images.

There are missing images. Its just that for some reason Firefox doesn't load the placeholder

I'm glad to see you guys noticed and are liking the fixes.

I also fixed various other broken images, though I'm not sure if I got all of them. I hope I did, but if not, I'm sure you guys will let me know.
