Writing on Arm

Ok, i brought this up a while ago and it got no response, im gonna bring it up again, On moon and ascension on takeos right arm there are 3 columns of japanese writing and i wanna know what it says, i didnt have time to write it or take a picture but its in white, what does it say?

thanks, and you cant be takeo to see it, its on the side of his arm like where a military unit patch would go, someone else has gotta be takeo
