Assault Rifles: M16

SMG's: MP5

LMG's: PKP or M60

Shotguns: Model 1887 or USAS 12

Snipers: Dragonov

Pistols: all

Machine Pistols: Scorpion

Launcher: Stinger

The guns I listed are the love and will always use if I ever bother to get on that game and you would never see me with the overpowered and overused gay guns like striker, ACR, Type 95 etc.

So if you were in a real life combat situation, you'd choose a gun made in 1887 over a Striker, because the Striker is OP?

The M16 is just as bad as the Type 95, both can kill in one burst to the chest. Doesn't matter how often it kills in one burst, as long as it can sometimes, you will make people rage just as much as the Type 95.

No, I would choose it over a striker cause its my favorite shotgun of all time, Call of Duty has nothing to do with my love of a good old model 1887..

When do you see a M16 in that game? everytime I play it there is someone with a type 95 and never a M16, even though they are the same in damage the M16 is less likely to get the kill then a type 95 cause of the fire rate and range.. the Type 95 surpasses the M16 with its faster fire rate and longer range the only thing the M16 has over the type 95 is accuracy and even then sometimes the M16 doesn't get that one burst kill in close quarters where as the type 95 will always get it.. that is all

What I use depends on what map and how the other team is playing. The UMP45 with Rapid Fire and Extended Mags is my regular gun, but I have been experimenting with it. I have found that the UMP45 with Thermal and Silencer is a very good combo. It sounds like it would suck, but it is amazing. This is the class you want to use if you try it.

Secondary- MP9 with yor favorite attachment

Perk 1- Sleight of Hand. Overall one of the best first perks.

Perk 2- Hardline/Assassin. It depends on what the enemy team is like.

Perk 3- Steady Aim. Use the sight for medium-long range, hip fire for close range.

Pointstreak- Whatever you are most comfortable with, but I recommend Specialist with Hardline

PM9! This gun is amazing when used properly..

PM9 w/ Rapid fire+ Range (Swap rapid fire for ext mags when you unlock it)

MP9 as secondary

Sleight of hand Pro

Blast shield Pro

Steady aim Pro

Semtex

Flash

3)UAV 6)Precision Airstrike 9)Strafe run.

This class is great on ground war, believe it or not the strafe run+Precision airstrike will nearly always give you a triple/multi if used well with the UAV. Hip fire only, ADS's will only make more bullets miss.

Kick is pointless because your not ADS. Swap rapid fire for ext mags when you can because rapid fire burns through the clip extremely fast making it useless when theres 2+ enemys. MP9 as a reliable secondary that you can switch too quickly with SoH pro, you will run out of ammo on the PM9 quick.

I would use specialist if i was using this on 6v6 modes. However i'd recommend it on Ground war.

You will be suprised at how much range/accuracy it has when you hipfire. Don't expect it to work if your running through open areas, stay inside and in close quarters as you have nothing to tackle air support or nothing to kill at long range.

I also like the MK14+Type95. If you have a rapid firecontroller these can be really good. My controllers not rapid fire, it was only £10 from GAME and happened to have a rapid fire button on

I tend to hop around between weapons, one day I'll be good with the PP90M1, after a few days I won't be able to get a kill with it so I change weapons every now and then, adapt to using it and then when I'm no good I change back.

At the moment my favorite weapons are the PP90M1, MP7, M4A1, Barrett 90 (or 50).cal and the striker.

Although at times I like going on drop zone and if I'm in a relaxed mood I'll have the striker and riot shield with sleight of hand, assassin and marksman.

I almost always have the same secondary which is the Scorpion Akimbo.

That's probably why me KD is below 1. I can never make up m mind. :D

Ive been doing good with the cm901 lately.

Ive always done well with mk14.

My favorite/most fun to use is p90.

Also got my usas12 gold a couple days ago (best shotty IMHO)

But according to cod elite the gun i use the most is the pp90m1 but i have the best k/d with...the ak47?!?!?!?! hmmmm.very interesting

Any shotgun, aside from the Striker. I don't use that on principle. Every other shotgun I have gold or nearing gold. My personal favorite is the Model 1887 seeing as I have the most kills with it out of any weapon in the game.

Made a really good team set-up if you are playing with five of your friends:

Person 1 and 2:

Primary: a fairly light gun with a good amount of starting ammo, such as a P90 or Mk14

secondary: XM-25 (for use with perk 1)

Lethal: C4, frag, or semtex

tactical: flash or stun

Perk 1: Recon, preferably pro

Perk 2: Hardline PRO(you will get a lot of assists when running recon/XM-25

Perk 3: Your choice, I prefer using Marksman to find targets to tag easier

Specialist strike package, Extreme conditioning, sleight of hand (this one doesn't matter that much, I just like it more), Scavenger.

These people will run around getting people on the team's radar.

Person 3/4

Primary: The Gun YOU are best with in Modern Warfare 3

Secondary: Pistol or Machine Pistol

Lethal: your choice

Tactical: your choice/ one person EMP grenade

Perk 1: Extreme Conditioning

Perk 2: Hardline

Perk 3: Your choice

Specialist: Sleight of hand, Scavenger, Your choice. The placement of Scavenger may differ based on the ammo capacity of your gun.

These people will be general players just going around killing, these will be the best players in your group. The person with an EMP grenade will take out any sentries etc.

Person 5:

Primary: Your Choice, It honestly doesn't matter

Secondary: Stinger

Lethal: Your choice

Tactical: Scrambler (works like Blind Eye, killstreaks can't see you, but doesn't work like assassin)

Perk 1: Extreme conditioning

Perk 2: Hardline

Perk 3: Your choice

Specialist: Sleight of hand, Scavenger, Your choice. The placement of Scavenger may differ based on the ammo capacity of your gun/ how fast you tend to run out of stinger missiles

This is the Anti-air class. You may want to use blind eye if you already have it Pro just for taking out killstreaks with your gun if you haven't gotten to Scavenger yet, but I don't suggest it.

Person #6:

Primary: An LMG of your choice (I prefer L86 LSW grip and Thermal)

Secondary: Pistol/Machine Pistol

Lethal: Your choice

Tactical: your choice

Perk 1: Extreme conditioning

Perk 2: Hardline

Perk 3: Marksman

Specialist: Sleight of hand, Scavenger, Your choice.

This player will be a support gunner running around laying down heavy fire. The LMGs got a buff a while back in an update and they are all REALLY good now. They all kill in 3 shots, the M60 kills in 2 shots at short range.

I made this setup today and will start using it with my friends in the future. Hope you guys like it, I'm off to change my classes to match this.

I'd call myself a shotgun person. Striker is ofcourse pretty great, but I try to avoid it a bit nowadays. It's not that the "LOL OP GUN" complaints really bother me, but I just think it's too widely used and boring.

Shotguns really fit my playstyle and I'm pretty sure I'll find my new favourite soon.

Just wanted to make sure you've read this:

Hey man, this is a forum of quality and we do not allow spam. Rankings mean nothing, I hope you know that and don't simply post for increasing in rank. If you will post more threads or comments like this, I will have to delete them or it may eventually lead to a ban of your account.

I know you are a good guy and don't mean anything bad, but due to your enormous amount of posts, other posts that are well-written and high-quality are overshadowed. I recommend you back down a little bit, take it easy and don't make any posts like this again. Quality above quantity. Also don't resurrect old posts

In simpler words, dont overspam the forums with comments. Otherwise I would be sorry to give you retaliations that may lead to (1) deletion of your comments or (2) permanent deletion of your account. I hope you understand this and be a cool member without posting too much (in too old threads).
