The movie was a set up!

LISTEN! I just figured this out. do you ever notice at the end of the cut scene he said that he had discovered the documents years before the movie? SO, I think that george wanted to go back to that place to kill the movie crew. IT WAS A SET-UP! reply as to what YOU think was going on. :D

I like the idea, but this really comes down to a lack of in-game evidence. I doubt he would diliberatly offer up the four cast members and attempt to kill them.

But I do think it would be reasonable to say that the movie was a cover for more research. Notice Samantha doesn't kill him, but gives him vril power... Right at the same time that Richtofen shows up... Maybe some sort of deal was in order when he was captured. ;)

What do you think?

I agree with Faust, he probably made the movie there to further his research and Samantha gave him those powers. Samantha must have thought George could have killed Richtofen with his new powers. Nice idea :)

I don't think that Sam gave him the powers, I think that he is infected with VRIL from the Vril-ya, not 115.

yeah i dont think george wanted to kill the actors, but like faust said i think Sam gave him powers so he could take out richtofen while they were trapped but the actors got caught in the middle of it all so they ended up trying to falter Sam's plans. So Sam was trying to get the actors to stop by using George and the zombies

Maybe it's a refrence to a Call of Duty movie. (Not saying there will be)

But World at War was WWII right? I don't play it much. But it's a war game with zombies. Maybe he was researching that, saw the Aether information, it intrigued him.
