Could've been a signal for the plane that crashed? You know like to show the Airplane where to land. And it is based on the Multiplayer map 'Airfeild' where lots of planes are 'parked'

I had always thought that they were radio antennae and that Nacht was a communications bunker. Perhaps you could get an image of the antennae?

They are on the roof in the starting area. If you go upstairs near the Rifle Cabinet & look back towards the starting area you should see them glowing red.

He means these

HCw45Qs.jpgThey're simply nothing more than detail left over from the campaign mission that the building was taken from.

You have to remember zombies was an unplanned game mode started as a few employees side project so they didn't put a lot of time into developing nacht. The building is a copy of a building in the multiplayer map Airfield which is a copy of a building in Hard Landing from the campaign.

But yeah, the antenna's are nothing more than leftover detail.

I'm searched for them on Tranzit, I couldn't find them, so I guess no.

And yeah, sadly I've never played WAW, except a little on Wii(which kinda sucks, not to mention zombies isn't on it :P )

So I wouldn't know that. However I knew it was originally just a side thing. Thanks for the info though. :)

@Fariko Zomb

I've actually never played WAW zombies at all. Unless u count the Rezurrection pack from black ops.

Or did u mean zombies in general? Lol of course I have. XD

I don't count the Rezurrection pack. The zombies in BO don't pull you in when they hit you so they're not as difficult. Also the Verrukt super sprinters aren't in BO so it's even easier. Then of course the weapons are better in BO so making it again easier.

As I look more at those two pictures I realized the terrain in both are the same. Nacht is nothing more than Airfield with different textures and they deleted everything they didn't need and changed the terrain in some places to fit the zombies more.

Apart from Shi no numa, all of the WaW zombie maps are taken from the campaign.

Nacht- airfield.

Verruckt- can't remember the name of the level, but it's from the assault on Berlin level.

And Der Reise is taken from Nightfall (again, not 100% of the name on that one).
