4 starter pistols idea

So earlier today, i thought of an idea that I quite liked. What if instead of starting out with a M1911 every game, the game randomly chose 1 of 4 starter pistols. 4 pistols that are basicly the same, but each has a different pack-a-punch variant. Like one could be a grenade launcher, machine pistol,etc. Let me know what you guys think :D

It's a cool idea, but as well as there being balance issues I'd get upset if I didn't start with the M1911 to secure my beloved Mustang & Sally.

I agree. Hard to imagine not going with Mustang and Sally. Unless other pistols offer ray gun or other wonder weapon capabilities.

I could see you starting off with nothing and there being four choices of pistol on the wall. Each of which costs 0. That's the only way I agree.

I think this is a great idea. Maybe each character gets their own unique pistol, perhaps one from each of their respective nationalities. As for Mustang & Sally, just put the M1911 in the box.

Or you could just make the M1911 a wall weapon in the starting room at a low cost, like between 100-200 points or so.

Yeah i think it would be a good idea, maybe at the start of the game you could pick your preferred pistol AND character since people have preferences about characters too.

Think for it to work all the other pistols, or maybe just the m911 would have to be added to the mystery box though to give people a chance to get M&S
