Stairwell in lighthouse in CotD

The stairs in the lighthouse seem like they go under the ice instead of being just a reflection. I am thinking that this is another EE that Treyarch wanted us to solve... If there is a hidden room underneath the ice, that may be where George comes from in Round 1 when he comes up beneath the water... This map has more things to it than what people think....

Can anyone try to debunk or confirm this idea??

I'm pretty sure somebody no clipped or something down there.
