Ascension and Moon

I think these maps are linked greatly, the description of asencsion states '' The countdown to the zombie apocalypse has begun'' This quote is reaaally grating on my mind and lots of ridiculous theorys are coming to thought, such as Ascension+Moon being before all the other maps, Ascension being paralell to moon, Ascension in space, and Richtofen cloning Takeo, Dempsey and Nikolia and travelling between moon+ascension but that one is just ludicrous. Has there been a link found that i'm oblivious of?

ok so what I think it means by "the zombie apocalypse countdown has started" is that Richtofen has started his plan of taking over the zombies. He gets a cassmir mechanism working in ascension, then a golden rod in COTD, and a focusing stone in shangri la. So what I mean is that the maps are basically the countdown and we start the first step in ascension. But the space suit on Richtofen is weird. Maybe it goes kino, COTD, shangri la, ascension, and then moon? Im hoping all the gaps will be filled in BO 2. I CANT WAIT!!! :x

I think that Moon is the beginning of the Zombies apocalypse and Ascension, as said, is the beginning of the countdown. Starting in Ascension, his master plan begins to take shape and he realizxes what he must do and how it has to be done. He plots with the voices in his head and they direct him which ways to go to get what he needs and by the time the rockets launch on the Moon, the apocalypse has began.
