Moon excavators glitched

Hey, whenever my friend and I play on moon and we are having a good game and go for rounds 30+, the excavators glitch up and block off half of the map. We hack the control panels and they go back and next thing you know its still excavating and breaches the tunnels, we go over there and there is nothing apart from an invisible excavator thing, you can throw grenades and shoot through it but it just kills you like a regular excavator. Has anyone else had this problem ? and is there any way to by pass this somehow or get back to the biodome/ ak74u area after going to earth and back ?

I've had this glitch many times... Tbh it's a complete b*tch. The only other way to get back across is the astro or gershes. The worst thing about this glitch is the fact that you can still teleport into the excavators (it's like the game doesn't know that it's there)

The only thing I can think to tell you if BOTH of them glitch is to get your Gerche device on and jump in. Make sure you throw it outside of the spawn room otherwise it will just teleport you down to the part below with the teddy and the jumper pad. I wish I knew what glitches the excavators but haven't been able to figure out what the factors are that determine if they'll go invisible or not. Usually by the time this glitch happens to me and my friend, we've gotten to a high enough round where we can box rape and use QED's + hacker for ammo/PaP assuming
