Please Re-Upload Your Avatars!

As you know the site had some downtime recently, which caused everyone's avatars to vanish.

To get them back you must re-upload them to the site, please do so if you can, it would make everything look so much nicer.

Hmm, my avatar seems to be fine :3 But I think I could use this opportunity to change it, and perhaps you should turn this into a 'how to add an avatar' topic for newcomers as well :D

Are there threads explaning these kind of things else where because if not I do think it will be a great idea for new people (suggested above) as I really needed help with these things. :D

I'm assuming anyone who hasn't re-uploaded an avatar since the site was down, can only see their avatar. Because I can't see your avatar either, or Eye's, as a matter of fact.

Can anyone help me or direct me to a link that shows how to correctly format your avatar picture. I keep getting an error message that says the image is too big and I can't correctly change the picture's size. Thanks for any and all feedback

I actually noticed that too, for some reason the restrictions are back, rather than it resizing the image automatically. Which might have something to do with why all these avatars aren't displaying.

I just used http://imageshack.us/ to reupload it, as it was too big to upload directly and there is no auto adjustment feature at the moment.

If you use Imageshack, just choose the smallest image size (avatar), and use the direct link code for the URL box on the profile/avatar page on CoDz.

Hope that helps. Seems like it fixed mine.

The restrictions have always been there, but the re-sizer mod is not, that's the problem.

Easy fix without the internet or a photoshop/Gimp software, just open it in paint, choose resise, it works out the height/width ratio for you, so you just enter 140 in the length or width pixel option and it works out the other, resise, save as a new image, I'd say PNG (don't have to but for internet use I recommend png :3 ), upload it, bish bash bosh :D

That was basically my point, thanks though. :P
