As the topic suggests this is about George. Now before you all comment I have tried searching and have previously tried googling but I can never clarify the correct answer. Any way to the point.

Killing George. (co-op, multiplayer)

Now my guess (or maybe even recently learned) is that when you kill George on co-op, multiplayer is that unless you or someone in the game has completed the Easter egg you will end up with death machine and a perk.

Is that correct?
