Der Riese - Thompson Room

When training in the Thompson room, do you prefer to keep the stairs or the door closed?

I perfer to keep stairs closed because for me it's a better get away from the zombies and makes more zombies come out

Well, seeing as how I use the Thompson room to get to power, I usually find that both doors are open. If I'm playing with a few people, I find that having both doors open isn't really a problem. And if I'm playing solo, well, then that's not my ideal training spot anyways Although, sometimes I'll do it solo anyways with both doors open; a bit of a challenge, but not that hard.

Yeah, I agree with thedunbarian. It's not that difficult to keep both doors open and if your playing co - op it's probily the best thing to do due to the ease of reviving anyone near the stg room

I would leave the door closed. You can circle around the right side of Der Riese for power. Plus you get to Jug faster (I think).

Back in the Thompson room, only board the hole by the brick under Z-B. Circle anti clockwise, use the door if no other choice but down.

The stairs are a choke point thus = death.

But thats just me.

I like using most of the map in pretty much all my games on Der Riese.
