I'd love if they added new apartments.

Not just rehashes of the standard high end apartments, but I mean with new interiors.

Also, I'd love some trailers for less than $20,000 in Sandy Shores.

As I already own a tank, this means I can drive peacefully.

Also very useful when dealing with unwanted griefers........ Y'know the ones who kill others for no reason.

I don't know why but no one ever tries to kill me anymore. haha

Did you sell it or did it get destroyed?

I don't know if R* patched it, but sometimes the car saved in slot 1 in your garage may lose insurance for some reason.

Or did it disappear randomly?

If it did, contact R* Support and give them info about any mods it had, because they had this issue with the Gusenberg Sweeper, but they re added it via a hotfix.

Rant inbound

OK, So I just bad sported.

What for?

For killing ass who destroyed my car then goes into passive when I try to get him back.

Well, either that or me leaving the event early because everyone else rage quit ffs.

GTA Online is wthout a doubt the most unfair thing ever.

I've tolerated:

- Having my character erased TWICE.

- Having all my billions erased back to $200,000

- Assholes who kill you for no reason.

- R* punishing the fair players, and rewarding the glitchers (They even livestreamed with known glitchers for a DLC live stream)

Have I complained? Nope.

Have I did anything? Nope.

Did I hack during the whole billion-dollar-bounty crap? Nope.

I've been more than fucking calm with R* with this crap.

I'm fucking done playing this game fairly, it's obvious R* are punishing the fair and rewarding the scum that destroy this game.

Well, my bad sport timer is for 2 days so lukcily I have the following to keep me occupied:

- GTA San Andreas (SA:MP is better that GTA:Online anyway, with up to 1000 players a lobby and passive mode that actually works)

- Red Dead Redemption (If the MP works for me, even if it don't, I could always go and do some Undead Nightmare achievements)

- Black Ops 2 zombies (Ain't played in ages!)

- Spyro 2 & 3 (ePSXe ftw)

I go on tank rampages when needed and when some douche needs to be bought down a peg.

Hmm, maybe Bad Sport isn't that bad.

Maybe R* put me in there to deal with the douches who think it's hilarious to blow up everyone's cars.

I'm not to blame when everyone rage quits out of a Capture playlist.

On the subject of that:

Someone else also reported that trying to access the playlist deleted their character.

On Reddit, my post has recieved numerous upvotes about me saying how I possibly ended up in Bad Sport because of it. (You actually do get a Bad Sport warning if you attempt to leave an event playlist)

Prior to my BS, I actually froze on the pre-game lobby screen.

So, I'm not saying me being in BS was due to me "leaving" the playlist when everyone left or if it was due to me dealing with some ass, but the three above points actually make me think that today's event is pure toxic and to stay away.

Either way, I'm sytill not gonna play fair anymore.

Also, until I'm outta BS, my Skype and profile here will indicate my bad sportiness. :P

WELCOME TO GTA, WHERE YOU GET PUNISHED FOR CAUSING (NON-HACKING) CHAOS

BS is so stupid.  Why should you be possibly punished further for blowing up a player car where A) They get it right back if they have insurance and B) You pay the bulk of the premium. I bet the timer is STILL bugged after 6 months.

I would argue that it can be annoying to be unfairly picked on. I don't usually care; I goof off nearly all the time in this game. But there was this one time when a player got a tank while I happened to be on the beach, and he spent the next half hour killing me over and over. I literally couldn't do anything because it would respawn me right next to him every single time. My strategy turned into "kill myself before he can kill me until his tank is eventually destroyed by the cops". >_>

^ Advice for those senarios.

ACTIVATE PASSIVE MODE!

Usually when you die you'll see in the bottom right corner "(Y) Passive Mode ($0)"

Then that guy can't kill you and if he does, he pays your hospital bills alongside some bad sport points.

OR

Bring up phone

"Quick job"
"Join random"

Yes
Then back out.

You should be teleported away from the guy.

1. I'm not a quitter. I just play to goof off on random roam mode or whatever you call it, and I wasn't going to leave the group I was with.

2. I don't use passive mode. Seems so cheap. What's the point of playing online? Anything should be able to happen, even if it is crappy >_>

I got my bad sport because I was sitting in my tank shooting down police helicopters, and one kid repeatedly crashed his car into my tank. So I'm a bad sport. On top of having to pay 10's of thousands of dollars for his car that he's destroying.

Long story short, I stopped playing this stupid game after that and I haven't looked back since. I find no pleasure in trying to drive around and do things, only to be killed by some dipshit while I'm in the pause menu, or looking through clothes, or any number of other ways you can be killed without being able to defend yourself.

If I have a bounty on me, by all means, come and get it. But if I'm riding around on my BMX bike minding my own business and you run me over, you should get nothing but cancer.

Disabling collisions in races is pretty dumb too. All they should have done was eliminate catch-up. I can always avoid that initial start-of-the-race chaos, but when I get to the front and then the game just slows my car down so everyone can catch up, there's nothing I can do to avoid being spun out.

I'm rambling. Basically, everyone who plays this game is an asshole and it's terribly boring. I would pay money for single player DLC. When heists arrive, I'll certainly give that a shot too. As it stands now though, GTA online is not fun to play.

Clearly, you're still comparing GTAO with IV MP. GTAO is a completely different monster. You can't do anything remotely related to mayhem without being roadblocked in some way or another (BUYING AMMO, BAD SPORT). You basically cannot have any fun whatsoever in pubs. Your only option is to just play with friends or join a group that doesn't random kill and has fun events daily (I can link you to it if you want).

---------------------------------------------------------------------LAME TRANSITION---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm worried that we're not gonna get anything significant in terms of single player DLC. Think about it. We will probably NEVER, EVER, get three separate prequel DLCs that detail Franklin's hood life, Michael's family man problems and adventures in NY, Trevor's NY mishaps and meth makin', and fleshing out Brad. It's a shame too since story was one of the weaker components of this game.

I have never once looked at, talked about, played, heard, or anything related to any Grand Theft Auto multiplayer prior to Five ever. So don't throw around completely and utterly false assumptions.

I'm a little baffled why R* didn't do with GTA Online what they did with Red Dead Redemption. There are 3 Free Roam playlists, Friendly (no killing other people), Normal, and Hardcore. Normal and Hardcore are basically the Casual and Free Aim choices, so I'm wondering why they couldn't have lobbie/playlists where you couldn't kill other players and just have fun with each other.

Still comparing, I far prefer Red Dead's playlist menu to GTA V's multiplayer setup. Just seemed so easy and simple compared to GTA Online.

I don't think North Yankton will be DLC. Still possible, but I just can't see it appearing as DLC right now.

I think GTA IV had friendly lobbies too.

Either that or it was no cop lobbies

Or both.

GTA V has very limited MP compared to previous games, as mentioned above.

Personally, I like friendly lobbies in Red Dead Redemption, which annoys me about GTA V.

In GTA V every asshole kills you at every corner, completely unprovoked.

Oh, you drove past me? DIE BITCH!

Oh, you're in Los Santos Customs? DIE BITCH!

Oh, you just helped me deal with 2 level 50+ asses? DIE BITCH!

ETC.

You really cannot blame me for using my tank for protection on a regular basis, as 90% of my deaths pre-tank came from people who killed me when I wasn't ready.

Like if I was checking the map, some douche runs me over or snipes me. Oher scenarios include me joining a Xbox party, mesending a message off/sending an invite, etc.

The ones that really, REALLY grind my gears are the ones that kill you first then go into passive once you get your revenge OR just leave.

Or they send you a message, I'll copy a post from Reddit here as an example:

They're all alright when they're the one's being shits, but be a shit back to them... you shouldn't feel bad, their parents should either take a look at the games they're playing and who they're playing them with (us) or explain to them that if they go around crapping on everyone they meet, people are going to crap on them in return. This is NOT a game for spoiled kids. I know there are some out there that understand the nature of competition.

Another thing I really do not understand is why Online is censored.

In Single Player, the 3 protags can get topless dances at the strip club, in Online you can't.

In Single Player, there is a cult, called the Altruist, which is a cult in which some members are nudists, Trevor is somewhat familiar with them.

In Single player, the protags may come across wildlife, such as deer or dogs.

Personally, I don't care for video game nudity or violence towards animals, but it's confusing as to why it's in SP, but not Online.

Well, maybe I can understand the animal part, as the Mountain Lions attack by pouncing which wouldn't be fair to someone who's lagging, deers just run in the midle of the road.

1. I'm not a quitter. I just play to goof off on random roam mode or whatever you call it, and I wasn't going to leave the group I was with.

2. I don't use passive mode. Seems so cheap. What's the point of playing online? Anything should be able to happen, even if it is crappy >_>

EDIT: Amended due to me being so wrong it had to be pointed out in the thread.

I thought that GTA V was just a filler while GTA Online was the true "story", which if consider the amount of features Online has compared to SP, it does seem plausible.

But, the reason the story is so weak, is because the fact GTA V has pushed the limits of the Xbox and PS3.

But, if you go around LS, just pay attention to the open world, there is so much that has been given life.

If the world wasn't given so much detail, then maybe the story would be more strong.
