Actually it's just 15 revives in one game, u can go down in between u will still get it, only on tranzit tho

More like everyone's right I guess, it appears to differ from player to player, perhaps your rank does Infact contribute to when you earn your permanent perk upgrades.

Literally put in roughly 6-8 hours daily. Highest i've gotten is 35 with 2 people on Nuketown and 21 solo on Tranzit. My kills are high as are my headshots and revives however i've been that friggin' plain skull with blue eyes for a week now. This rank crap is starting to discourage me from playing because I see 12 year olds who have worse stats and higher rank that talk smack to people who are clearly better players but hold a low rank.

Same here for me. I'm stuck at the skull with blue eyes and everybody around gets knifes, bigger shields and shotguns.

I love how Treyarch fucks up and then instead of just giving everybody what they deserve/ask for they make it a mystery just to piss people off, and then when they finally decide to reveal their whole secret then everybody just worships them.

Yes, blue eyed skull, and I DO know how the ranking up works, at least partly.
