Tranzit easter egg turbines tips and help

Hi I am doing the easter egg and it seems like we are putting down the turbines for the maxis EE to early or too late. This is the part where you have to capture the Avogadro's essence. Anyway what time should we put down the turbines we are putting them down right when he is about 2 steps outside the gate. We cant put them down right when he spawns, because the turbines start running out of energy and maxis starts saying the power is dying redo a step. He means get a new turbine. ALso any tips on this part of the EE would be greatly appreciated. Please help!!!!!!!
